C&I Engineer (Civil & Interior / Office Fit-Out)

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience

Applications are invited from candidates who have practical experience in civil construction and office interior execution.

Experience with commercial buildings, corporate offices, IT parks, or similar fit-out projects will be an advantage.

Job Role:

No two project sites are exactly the same, but your regular responsibilities will include:

• Plan civil and interior activities before work starts at site.
• Read drawings, BOQs and technical documents before execution.
• Supervise flooring, partitions, false ceilings, painting, waterproofing and finishing work.
• Check whether work is progressing according to the approved schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors every day.
• Arrange resources required for smooth execution.
• Review measurements before billing and certification.
• Monitor material usage and help control project costs.
• Discuss technical issues with architects, consultants and clients whenever required.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Make sure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Ensure safety instructions are followed by everyone working on site.
• Inspect completed work before handing it over.
• Keep project records, site reports and handover documents updated.

The role also requires regular communication with different departments so that site activities continue without interruption.
