Main Responsibilities

• Keep internal systems and operational records up to date.
• Verify business documents prior to processing.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operations reports.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and update their status.
• Find missing information Make sure records stay complete.
• Liaise with internal departments as and when further information is required.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information.
• Flag any issues you see in a recurring process to help improve existing workflows.
• Keep adequate records of completed activities.
• Complete the work assigned within the agreed timelines.

Required skills

The following requirements are expected of applicants:

• Recognized University’s Bachelor’s Degree.
• Eligibility: Fresher and experience of max 2 years can apply.
• Good written English communication. 
• Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and reporting.
• Ability to organize information properly.
• Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills.
