About the Job Role

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate (VCSA) you will be supporting customers over voice calls by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information. Your job is to provide professional, timely support to every customer in accordance with Amazon customer service standards.

Since this is an international voice process, candidates should be comfortable communicating in English and handling conversations with customers from different regions. This opportunity is for freshers also as the organization provides training to make the new employees understand the work process.

Working from home allows you to perform your duties remotely while remaining connected with your team through online communication tools. 

Main Responsibilities

As a customer support team member, your daily duties might involve:

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional manner.
• Listen to customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
• Cooperate quickly and politely with complaints.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments or account issues.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
• Handle all calls according to company policies.
• If necessary, refer complex issues to the appropriate department.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in BPO (either international or domestic) will be an advantage.

The selected candidates will get an annual salary package ranging from Rs 3.64 lakh to Rs 4.33 lakh depending on their qualification, interview performance and relevant experience.
