Business Development Executive (Freshers)

Blue Dart is looking for people to work as Business Development Executives. This is a chance for new people who want to start working in sales and taking care of clients. If you like talking to people and making friends with them in a way and if you want to learn how companies get bigger then this job is for you, at Blue Dart. Freshers are eligible to apply. If you are a new graduate and looking for a first corporate job the company also trains and guides you to understand business development and client communication.

Educational Qualification 

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in:

B.A. B.B.A.

Experience 

No previous work experience required.

Experience in internships, training programs, college projects or any activity related to sales, marketing or business development will give an edge but not a must.

What are you going to do

As a business development executive, you will assist the company to reach out new clients and build long term business relationships.

Your work day-to-day might involve the following:

• Do your research and use other lead generation techniques to find potential clients.
• Call, email, or have virtual meetings with businesses.
• Services for potential customers.
• First understand the customers’ needs, then propose the appropriate solution.
• Follow up with interested clients and answer questions.
• Accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
• Keep the sales pipeline updated and report updates to the reporting manager.
• Work with marketing and product teams where necessary to support campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and convey valuable market insights to the team.
• Work to achieve individual and team business goals.

This role gives you hands on experience in business communication, client handling and sales planning.

Required Skills

The company is looking for candidates who want to learn and who can communicate confidently.

Some useful skills are:

• Good English (spoken and written).

Candidates should also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM software would be an advantage but is not essential.

Working Hours

Mon-Fri.
9:30 am - 6:30 pm
Depending on business requirements, flexible working hours may be available.
Some weekend work may be necessary for client meetings or project deadlines.
