Business Analyst Opening at EY

EY is looking for business analysts to join project teams working on business transformation and process improvement. The person in this role will be responsible for gathering business information, reporting, tracking project activities, and helping teams to make good decisions based on correct data.

The role is specifically targeted at graduate students who like analytical work, structured documentation, and business processes. We are looking for applicants who are comfortable using spreadsheets, structuring information, and reporting to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize business information from a variety of sources.
• Reports, dashboards, and project summaries.
• Review business requirements and document key observations. 
• Maintain project documentation throughout the phases.
• Update internal tracking systems and track task progress.
• Check business records for accuracy before filing.
• Preparing notes and action trackers to support meetings
• Find discrepancies in the reports and propose corrections.
• Work with project team members to get the information you need.
• Be sure to document as per company standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have:

• A bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent writing skills.
• Analytical and numerical skills.
• Good organizational and planning abilities.
• Can juggle several assignments and meet deadlines.
