Chat Process Executive (Work From Home) - Workis Solution

Workis Solution Workis Solution is hiring Chat Process Executives for its work from home customer support team. This is a non-voice process, and all communication will be via chat and email. There are no inbound or outbound voice calls in this role.

The main role of a Chat Process Executive is answering questions from customers, giving solutions regarding products or services, and helping to resolve some common issues via live chat and email. You will also be responsible for updating customer records, following support guidelines, and ensuring that each conversation is handled in a professional and timely manner.

The company is inviting candidates who can write clear and grammatically correct English. You will be providing customer support in writing, so your answers must be accurate, clear, and free of spelling and grammar errors.

This is a work-from-home opportunity, so candidates should have a reliable internet connection and basic computer knowledge. You will be trained on the company’s chat system, internal processes, and quality standards before you handle live conversations with customers.

We have day and night shifts depending on business requirements. Fresh graduates with good writing skills are welcome to apply. Previous experience in chat/email support might be an advantage in the selection process.
