Responsibilities

• Check that customer onboarding documentation is complete and accurate.
• Confirm information against internal compliance requirements.
• Store the KYC records in the company’s systems.
• Update customer profile with newly received information.
• Record observations and note any missing or inconsistent documentation.
• Prepare compliance-related reports for internal teams.
• Process client records according to established procedures.
• Information on customers and businesses is to be kept confidential.
• Complete assigned cases within the time frames established.
• Periodically review customer records on file

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Freshers may apply.
• Candidates with up to two years’ experience in banking, finance, compliance, or operations are also eligible to apply.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
