Position Overview
Siemens is growing its procurement business and is looking for candidates to help with purchasing, maintaining supplier data and ensure procurement requests are handled correctly. You will be liaising with internal teams, reviewing purchase documentation and updating procurement data within company systems.
The position requires a systematic approach, good organizational skills, and the ability to work with deadlines. This role requires no previous experience of procurement, making it ideal for graduates entering the world of work.
What You Will Do
- Process purchase requests coming from different business teams.
- Check the procurement documents before they are sent to the next stage.
- Maintain an accurate record of purchases and suppliers.
- Monitor purchase orders and update their status in internal systems.
- Generate standard procurement reports for the operations team.
- Comply with company procurement policies at all times.
- Help close documentation gaps before you process the order.
- Keep digital records organized for later use.
- As required, partner with finance and operations teams to obtain additional information.
- Support the continuous improvement of procurement workflows.
Eligibility criteria
Candidates applying for this post should be:
- A university bachelor degree recognized.
- Good writing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good understanding of business documents.
- Good eye for detail when reviewing information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in procurement, administration, operations or documentation will also be considered.

Salary and Benefits
The expected monthly salary for this role is 25,000 to 30,000. The final offer will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
