Amazon is recruiting Seller Assistance for its remote support team. The job is to help people sell their products on Amazon. Sellers ask Amazon questions every day about orders, payments, listings, accounts, or their store. Your responsibility is to understand the problem, research the information available, and walk the seller through the Amazon support process.

Training is provided so candidates with little or no experience are welcome to apply.

Job Overview:

Educational Qualification:-

Candidates having completed a bachelor's degree in any stream are invited to apply. A degree is preferred but not required. Vacancy for Fresh Graduates with Good Communication Skills and Basic Computer Knowledge.

Job Responsibility

The work is done via online support channels. You can use email, chat or phone to communicate depending on the business needs.

Your usual duties could include:

• Answer questions from Amazon sellers.
• Help sellers understand rules and policies for their accounts and sales.
• Check order, payment, listing and account problems.
• You can look at a seller's account before you respond using internal tools.
• Accurately document all cases in the support system.
• Refer complex cases to the department concerned.
• Stay updated on the latest policy changes and respond to seller requests.
• Complete all assigned cases in a timely manner.

Required Skills

This role is ideal for candidates who can:

• Write and speak clearly in English.
• Familiar with customer problems, no confusion.
• Can comfortably use a computer in daily work.
• Keep organised, handle lots of support cases.
• Pay attention to the small stuff.
• Gain experience on new systems in training.
• Work at home with no regular supervision.
• Handle various types of customers professionally.

Technical Skills

Candidates should know the basics of:

E-mail Web browsing
Office by Microsoft
CRM or customer support software (basic knowledge is OK)

Once selected, Amazon offers training on their tools.

Experience 

Experience: 0-2 Years. BPO/customer support/e-commerce/retail/any similar work experience candidates can apply.

This job is also suitable for freshers.

Previous experience working with customers is a plus but not required.

Shift Details:

This is a full-time remote position.

The company works rotational shifts. Weekend and holiday duties where required by operational needs. Work schedules are assigned after sharing work schedules.
