Job Description
We're hiring female telecallers for an outbound sales profile. The work is 100% remote. you can work from home, but the schedule is fixed: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
The role involves calling prospective customers, explaining our financial products and services, and following up with leads. Prior experience in real estate or mutual funds is preferred, but if you have general outbound sales experience, that works too.
Responsibility:
- Make outbound calls to prospects daily and pitch products/services
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Handle customer objections calmly and professionally
- Meet daily and monthly calling/sales targets
- Update call logs and customer information in CRM
Who Should Apply:
- Female graduates with 1–2 years of telecalling or sales experience
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken)
- Comfortable with outbound, target-based work
- Any experience in real estate or mutual funds is a big plus
