JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role 

Talking to the customers over the phone will be your primary job as a telecalling executive. This may include making calls, responding to customer inquiries, explaining products or services, confirming orders, collecting feedback, and assisting customers with basic support.

This is a fresher's job and does not require any experience. Candidates who are confident speakers and are polite in their communication will have an edge.

This is a work from home position, so you will need a good internet connection and a smartphone or computer to do your work on.

Main Responsibilities

• Make calls to customers assigned.
• Clearly describe products, services and offerings
• Answer customer questions politely 
• Record customer response accurately
• Verify customer details as necessary
• Professional communication skills
• Follow company guidelines during calls 
• Meet daily / weekly targets
• Protect customer data confidentiality

Compensation & Benefits

The selected candidates can get a salary between ₹ 32,000 to ₹ 35,000 per month depending on their performance, roles, and interviews. Other incentives may be available depending on the targets achieved.
