About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist them through phone calls, chat, or email by resolving their queries quickly and professionally.
Our goal is to create a seamless and positive experience for every customer, and you will play an important role in making that happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions through voice, chat, or email channels
- Provide accurate information related to orders, payments, returns, and delivery
- Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Follow internal quality standards and service guidelines
- Work closely with team members to improve customer satisfaction
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible or rotational shifts
